Damian graduated from Kielce University of Technology with a degree in Energy Engineering. He has 6 years of experience in the energy sector, including 5 years in the renewable energy sector. He has managed large-scale photovoltaic farm projects—from obtaining lease agreements, through securing administrative decisions, up to achieving Ready to Build (RTB) status. His portfolio includes approximately 60 PV projects. At R2Energy, he conducts due diligence analyses for photovoltaic, energy storage, and wind farm projects. He also prepares project documentation (construction and technical) and participates in site visits.
He has been working at R2Energy since 2023.
