Julia graduated from law studies in 2023 at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She is currently a legal trainee (trainee attorney-at-law) registered with the District Bar Association in Katowice. She gained her experience in Silesian law firms, serving both private clients and business entities.
At R2Energy, she is responsible for legal and corporate services in all areas of activity of R2Energy sp. z o.o. and its special purpose vehicles. Since 2024, at R2Energy, she has participated in due diligence reviews, drafts, negotiates, and reviews lease agreements, works contracts, service contracts, NDAs, EPC, O&M, and other contracts related to the company’s ongoing business. She prepares all kinds of procedural documents for proceedings before courts, offices, and administrative authorities.
