Entrepreneur and manager. He has more than 17 years of experience in management, project development and transactional consulting. He has advised on a number of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and M&A transactions, including the sale of a portfolio of 43 MW of PV projects to Aberdeen Standard Investments and the acquisition of 66 MW of PV projects from Wento.
He has previously worked with Sun Investment Group, Polpharma Group and BakerMckenzie. He holds a PhD in law (with distinction) and graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in finance and accounting.
