Daria graduated in Psychology from the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2015 and has been involved in HR, recruitment, and personnel matters ever since. She gained her knowledge and experience working for an employment agency and at ANDEA, an IT company in Kraków. Since 2024, at R2Energy, she has been responsible for comprehensive HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining employment documentation
She works in the Zabrze office.
