She has 9 years of experience in the energy industry, including 5 years in the renewable energy sector. She has developed her expertise at companies such as Esoleo Sp. z o.o., Copernic Sp. z o.o., Prime PV Assets Sp. z o.o., and TAURON Polska Energia S.A., where she held positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Head of Development Department, and Project Manager. She has experience in the development and management of a portfolio of renewable energy projects from the greenfield stage to RtB, planning and supervising schedules, as well as preparing construction, technical, and execution projects.
At R2Energy, she leads the Development Department in the area of renewable energy project development, oversees the process of obtaining administrative decisions, and serves as a Technical Advisor for renewable energy investment financing. In cooperation with other departments, she ensures project compliance with standards and regulations, prepares Due Diligence reports, and participates in site inspections. Magdalena graduated from the Pedagogical University of Krakow and the University of Economics in Katowice. Additionally, she completed International Managerial and Financial Studies, MBA.
